Q. What type of sailcloth do you use in your bags?
A. We use premium Dacron® sailcloth, which is custom woven for us in Ireland by Hood Sailmakers, an innovative leader
in sailcloth manufacturing technology for over 50 years.

Q. What is Dacron®?
A. Dacron® is the brand name for man-made polyester fiber. Its properties include a high strength-to-weight ratio, high
resistance to stretching (when wet and dry) and resistance to degradation by sunlight. For over 40 years, Dacron® has been used
in sail-making and is now considered by many to be the "classic" sailcloth.

Q. Is the sailcloth in your bags new or recycled?
A. New. We never use Dacron® sailcloth that is recycled or refurbished.

A. We take great pride in saying that our bags are made here in the United States from internationally sourced components.

Q. Are your bags water resistant?
A. Yes. Our bags are water resistant, but not waterproof.

Q. What is the best way to wash and dry your bags?
A. We suggest spot treating your bag with a mild detergent and cold water. Do not use bleach. Hang to dry.

Ordering Questions
Q. Can I exchange or return an item?
A. Yes. All unused merchandise can be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the receipt of shipment excluding custom items.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A. Yes. As long as we have not shipped your order, you can request a change or cancel your order entirely. Please
contact us immediately with the complete details regarding the
information that you would like to correct or change. If you choose to send an e-mail, please be sure to include your name, address, and
order confirmation number along with details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change on
your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail.

Q. How can I make sure I receive an order confirmation from you?
A. Some e-mail providers (e.g., AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, Earthlink) utilize strict junk e-mail (spam) filters which block auto-generated
e-mail like the one we send to confirm your order. If you use one of these e-mail providers and you do not see a True Wind confirmation e-mail
within 20 minutes, please check your junk e-mail (spam) folder.

Q. I lost my original packing slip. What information do you need for my return?
A. If you've lost your packing slip, please contact us for assistance. We will search for your order and give you the information
that you will need to include with your return, including your order number. Please

Q. Do you offer discounts on volume orders?
A. Yes. We offer discounts based on the total dollar value of the order. Please contact us for additional information.

Q. Can your bags be customized with a company logo or person's name?
A. Yes. The minimum order to embroider a company logo is 12 items. The minimum order to monogram a person's name or initials, boat name, etc., is one item. Please contact us for additional information.

Q. How much does it cost to custom embroider an item?
A. Embroidery costs depend upon the size, color and complexity of the artwork to be embroidered. All custom orders consist of an
artwork digitization fee, set-up fee and per item application fee. Please

Shipping Questions
Q. What shipping methods are available?
A. Domestic U.S. customers can choose between: UPS Overnight, 2-Day and Ground. Free UPS Standard Ground shipping is available for orders over $150.00 that are shipped within the continental United States. International customers can choose between: USPS® Global Express Guaranteed and USPS® Express Mail International (EMS.) Regardless of the shipping method you choose, please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or hotel address.

Q. How do you calculate shipping costs?
A. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) in your order and the method of shipping used. Shipping charges
will be automatically calculated during the Checkout process.

Q. How quickly will my order be processed?
A. Regular orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days, but may
take longer depending on what is in our inventory.

Q. Do you ship to multiple addresses?
A. Yes. We can ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately we cannot do so online within a single order. If you would
like to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you can enter separate orders on our web site, or
contact us for assistance.

Q. Do you ship to international addresses?
A. Yes. We ship to international addresses. Please note, we are not responsible for any international custom charges, duties or taxes and cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, corporate checks and wire transfers. We do not accept cash,
personal checks, C.O.D., money orders or travelers checks.

Q. When is my credit card charged for my order?
A. Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will
be billed as the items are shipped.

A. We are required to collect applicable sales tax for orders that are placed in the State of California.

Q. Does True Wind guarantee that my credit card information will be secure?
A. Yes. True Wind uses the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information
secure.
We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with True Wind. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with www.truewind.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
True Wind will cover the liability of purchases made through this website only if the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.

A. If you suspect that there are unauthorized charges on your credit card, immediately notify your credit card provider immediately.
Then please contact us. We will investigate your claim and work
with your credit card company to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.
