True Wind guarantees all merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item for a prompt exchange or refund.

True Wind reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund request if it does not comply with our return policy, which is stated below.

Return Policy

  • Custom and monogramed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturer's defect or error.
  • All returned items must be undamaged and in new and unused condition.
  • All returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slip (save a copy for your records).
  • All return shipping costs must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Important Notices

  • We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased online at truewind.com. If you purchased your product from a retail store, or a website other than truewind.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
  • We recommend that you insure your return package and keep any shipping receipt or tracking number which can be used to verify that your package has been received by us.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned item. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on customer statements. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
